What we did:
SNP worked with their messaging team to create a process for communicating difficult information. This was then developed into script guides for their leaders to use in front of both live and virtual audiences. SNP coordinated and directed the event using web conferencing technology, highlighting the use of dialogue-driven engagement, compelling slide content, and the sub-show chat and polling function for active audience engagement. This resulted in the employees getting the difficult corporate messaging while educating management on their concerns and ideas. The event was also videotaped for an on-demand web version. It was considered the best virtual employee meeting in their company's 30-plus year history.
