Stand out from the rest and learn how to forge a more successful, professional relationship with your customer. SNP’s Selling Skills course teaches the sales application of the Socratic Method, which is a search for the underlying hypotheses or assumptions that shape one’s opinion. Learning how to use this method helps you quickly uncover your customer’s true needs and define what you can to do to make their business more successful. Self-Awareness / Emotional Intelligence
How you Lead is Key to Being Followed.
Being a leader isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being realistic about our own abilities, understanding how we affect other people, and being aware of the gaps in our knowledge, experience, skills and understanding that need to be filled.  This workshop starts with discussing the role self-awareness plays in emotional intelligence and how our blind spots may be affecting us. Participants examine their reactions to stress and personal triggers and create plans to better manage their behavior when triggered. The class also covers empathy and the role that self-awareness plays in how we think about and relate to others.

Some people are entertaining storytellers. However, simply being witty is not the winning recipe for a memorable story. Using the power of story is more than simply avoiding the big yawn.
