Product Managers are the hub of ideation, creation, and execution of your product. SNP’s PM Program is dedicated to individual growth and leadership skills. From one scenario to another, the roles and responsibilities of the PM range from that of honorary CEO to temporary Maintenance Manager. For a seasoned PM, the daily responsibility of ‘herding cats’ is raised to an art form. This program offers PMs a point of view, attitude, and practical skills that can be implemented immediately, including creating a Product Development Ops plan, wrangling disparate team meetings, and perfecting the art of influencing without power.
PRODUCT OPERATIONS
Participants learn how to organize an ecosystem that creates transformational products. From creating a functioning dashboard (mission control) to mapping out the why, what, how, who and when, product managers will log off with a usable, custom dashboard.
GETTING ALIGNMENT
As the hub, a Product Manager must fully understand their stakeholders, whether finance, engineering, design, sales, or the end-user. This session takes a journalistic approach to gathering information with a focus on interviewing with curiosity.
INFLUENCING WITHOUT POWER
Long-term success in influencing is attributed to the ability to create alignment. Learn how to understand those you hope to influence, craft relevant messages, and ultimately find alignment and action.
CREATING COMPELLING STORIES
Stories are significantly more memorable than data and facts alone. Grab attention and ensure retention in a compelling, memorable, and linear way. This audience-focused approach can be used within any conversation, presentation, or meeting situation.
DELIVERING WITH CONFIDENCE AND PRESENCE
Learn core communication skills: how to quickly target a message, deliver with credibility and confidence, and handle Q&A from your leaders, peers, and team members.
FACILITATING MEETINGS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS
Discover how to kick off an inclusive meeting, listen, and encourage conversation all while creating a connection and driving action.
OFFERING DIFFICULT FEEDBACK
When delivered well, feedback allows individuals to pivot, improve, and meet the demands of an agile environment. Participants will learn and practice the frameworks that turn feedback into a results-driving conversation.

We customize everything we do and proudly work with challenging leaders and the most skeptical teams. Our roots in Silicon Valley defines our approach and value. Despite all this, we still love what we do.

Hyatt tapped SNP to create a video promoting GMU Live — the onsite portion of General Manager University onboarding program. SNP traveled to Chicago for the shoot to coach the speakers on camera and capture compelling b-roll that highlighted the new general managers’ emotional, and educational journey into Hyatt.
Back in 2013, Asana was still a young company and some of their managers were experiencing leadership roles for the first time. So they needed to learn how to be, well, leaders. Like how to be more influential, directive, confident, and how to deal with conflict. Because if they could flourish then Asana could start to scale even faster (and without so many growing pains).
Enter SNP.
We started with just one 1:1 coaching relationship. But the good word spread fast. Soon enough more people from Asana’s management team were seeking our unique third party perspective, skill-based approach, and communications expertise to build their personal brand, strengthen their careers, and achieve more. (And did we mention the coaching program was a perk that attracted new talent? We didn’t? Well…) Eight years later and Asana is still scaling. And we’re still by their side helping them do it.
