On Season 4 Episode 2 of the Think Like A Founder podcast, Maureen Taylor interviews Amy Yin.
Amy Yin is the Founder and CEO of OfficeTogether. OfficeTogether helps businesses realize the full potential of a flexible workplace by using software to bring employees together safely and effectively.
Amy Yin has been a software engineer for ten years working at companies like Coinbase, Hired, Inc., and Facebook. She received her B.S. in Computer Science from Harvard where she also co-founded the Harvard Women in Computer Science community.
If you don’t take enough risk, you can’t have up-sized rewards. Some of the things I talk to women and founders about are just making bigger bets. Realizing that even if you quote-unquote fail, you have intrinsic value and your career is just one part of a very full life.
